Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., residents can properly dispose of household items like cleaners, transmission fluid, bleach and old electronics.

Additionally, at the Bobby L. Chain Airport location only, shredding services for sensitive documents and prescription waste disposal will be available.

Why?
To prevent these types of chemicals and products from ending up in our soil and water, this event helps place hazardous household items in the hands of people who know how to properly dispose of them.
