Municipal Court

The Municipal Courtroom is located on the back of the Police Dept. at 127 W 8th Ave.

Petal Municipal Court is held on the first and third Tuesday of every month beginning at 9:30 on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are scheduled to appear, you must appear as no continuance will be granted over the phone. You must come to court and speak with the judge.

Trials are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
